Today I am teaming up with Erika from Beehive Bay to post about winter style in our hometown. Hometown adventures call for hometown style and in a snowy mountain town that means striking a balance between comfort, warmth and style. We created several styles that encompass what we believe to be the essential fashion elements in a ski town and had our own hometown adventure in order to take photos at some of our favorite places in town. Hometown Style Essential #1: Winter Edition: Casual Printed Dress A printed dress with tights, boots and a long cardigan is just dressy enough for a high-class western bar and restaurant like High West Distillery and Saloon. Hometown Style Essential #2: Winter Edition: Cowboy Boots Growing up in the west, I am of the opinion that cowboy boots go with everything and every season. Hometown Style Essential #3: Winter Edition: Oversized Sweater Oversized sweaters look great with jeans, leggings and even over skiing base layers, something that we see a lot of in Park City. This cozy look inspired us to go to one of our favorite Park City coffee shops, Atticus. Hometown Style Essential #4: Winter Edition: Plaid Scarf Scarves are my go-to fashion accessory and plaid is perfect for any winter adventure. Hometown Style Essential #5: Winter Edition: Flannel Plaid Shirt A classic western look consisting of a plaid shirt, jeans and cowboy boots is perfect for heading to our favorite bar in town, No Name Saloon.
